When The Morning Came

When the morning came I slept. Curtains around me, wrapped around me, all trapped. When the evening came I drank the poison I had prepared before I was born, for the life I had dreamt. When the morning came I felt all bones, no flesh, scratching the bed I must have kept as a coffin, not my own land.
